A Certificate of Analysis is a document provided by a third-party testing laboratory that certifies the identity, purity, and quality of a compound. For research-grade peptides, the COA documents the HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography) purity percentage, the batch/lot number, the compound name, and the date of analysis.
Every VELTRIDE shipment includes a COA specific to the batch you received. This allows you to verify the purity of your exact sample against the documented test results.
Third-Party Tested Lot-Specific HPLC VerifiedEach batch of peptide is assigned a unique lot number (e.g., VT-010). This number links your physical product to the specific production run and its associated COA. If you receive a vial labelled Lot VT-010, your COA will also reference VT-010, confirming the purity data applies to your exact sample.

High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) is the standard analytical method used to measure peptide purity. The HPLC test separates the compound components and quantifies the target peptide as a percentage of the total sample. A purity of ≥98% means at least 98% of the sample is the target compound.
VELTRIDE maintains a minimum purity standard of ≥98% HPLC across all catalogue items. Results below this threshold are rejected and not released for sale.
